Oddly enough I've never cooked it before but I am on with it at the moment.

Lamb mince
Onions
Garlic
Rosemary
Thyme
Sliced carrots
A handfull of frozen peas.
Worcester sauce
Tomato puree.
Salt n pepper

Fried / boiled all that lot.
Into a baking dish topped with mashed potatoes
bit of cheese on the top.
Job done.

Did I miss anything?

I'd be grateful if you didn't quote him as I've got him switched off.
