ASDA may be a correctly put by Mr Ripper for "lower end" of the market but let's not forget the support they gave "The Monkeyhanger" project during our media whoring days ..

Without them our little foray into the Top 40 would've been impossible

I fully fully fully concur.

I don't have a problem with Asda, only with the exceedingly high number of fat, smelly, thick, ignorant no-marks who use their aisles as a place to meet their peers or let their kids run, scream and cry.

And the yakkers seem to use the place for a day out, which may in some part explain the above.

Fortunately for Tesco they're far enough away from most of the bus routes to discourage the chavtastic element of our society from making the effort to get there.

no longer

no2 to tesco every 30 mins from the manor

Have you seen the latest idea for programming on Living?

"Dating in the Dark"

I kid you not - just like Ronseal this programme, does exactly what it says on the tin.

The Square Kitchen do a lovely sunday lunch. Beats slaving over a stove and queuing to get a few veg and a joint of meat.

Wheres the satisfaction in that?!

Man United win football matches, but I wouldn't watch them if you paid me.

Never much of a queue in Watsons for me Veg..they'd just ran out of Rosemary!

We used to go out for Sunday Lunch every now and again, but the lads finally realised the food they got at home from PC, with my minor contribution, was always better than anything the local pubs and restaurants could dish up. Not to mention much cheaper.

I've got rosemary growing to a terrifying height in my garden, elvis. if you stand at a pre-arranged spot at the match on Sat, I'll gladly give you a bunch. Anyone else want any??

I'll happily take some of your hands. So that we can experiment with Elvis's recipe for the perfect roastie.

You don't want me to start singing, Pierre, do you?
That song has many verses, many of them pinched from Martin Carthy by Simon and Garf.
Also:

"Rosemary represents faithfulness, love and remembrance. Ancient Greek lovers used to give rosemary to their ladies, and the custom of a bride wearing twigs of rosemary in her hair is still practised in England and several other European countries today. The herb also stands for sensibility and prudence. Ancient Roman doctors recommended putting a small bag of rosemary leaves under the pillow of someone who had to perform a difficult mental task, such as an exam. Rosemary is associated with feminine love, because it's very strong and tough, although it grows slowly."

I've just done a quick straw poll of the BP's. 5 votes for EAD's roasties, and an extra twist to what was already the culinary high point of the week, thanks to PC's sterling work in the kitchen, while the menfolk of the house relax and recover from the exertions of the week.
