Mr Glasses, I note with some disappointment that you have still not learned the lesson of your previous inspection. There is a trailing wire that should be secured to the wall by use of cable clips of an appropriate size. I would recommend self adhesive clips (part number R161N/1) which will give a secure fixing but will not damage the skirting.

I expect to see this rectified prior to my next inspection.

Mr Glasses, In a maintenance area it is just as essential to adhere to health and safety guidlines. The location that your equipment is stored or maintained is no defence against haphazard procedures. The only exception to securing your power source leads is when the item is being moved and even them I would expect to see proper stowage in order to prevent an employee tripping and injuring him or herself.

What is full dimensional stereo?

More to the point, what is partial dimensional stereo? A speaker and a half?

I hope that wooden flooring is secured with a proprietary brand of UPV adhesive?? Any protruding joints could provide a tripping hazard and leave you open to scurrilous 'Trip Or Fall' insurance claims.
