Home form is the bread and butter so id still be a bit worried but as a points total id have easily settled for it.

when the fixtures were released, with us being in a transitional period, i expected us to have no more than 3 points at this stage. So a win on Saturday, for me, would mean it was a good start to the season

3 points next week and we can all be staisfied with the points return, I would say more than we might have expected

I would probably say about average, as someone said on herethe other day our next few home games look winnable and apart from Colchester away in a couple of weeks the away games we have leading up to the Huddersfield match at the end of November should see us picking up points. I just hope Pools don't do whatnormally seems to happen and follow a positive performance with a poor one......

if we win that will be 10 points from 7 games. Which if you continued that over the course of the season would mean around 65 points. Which is more than acceptable in my eyes

Completely agree. You'd have been pushed to have scripted a tougher opening month, so to be in double figures by next week would be some achievement.

Well done CT, well done Pools! clappp

Three points next week and I would say more than a fair start to the season given the pressure by the so call hard month and all the new player etc.

But it is one of those must win games which in itself brings the added pressure and the home crowd boo boys will be waiting for the first mistake. banghead

We have one of those ex old boys to contend with too in the form of Westy,BUT all that said I PERSONALLY think we have turned a corner and I think we will tonk Wycombe. rolf

Last night was brill and enjoyed that one. clappp

Westie was only on the bench today, Michael Duberry was playing though.
