Mine has just about conked out, anyone know where I can buy one at a sensible price ?
Ive looked about & everything I find is this Blu Ray & HDD gubbins when all I want is a bog standard dvd recorder so the kids can transfer stuff onto disc to watch in their bedrooms & spare me from Ben 10 & Hannah Montana in the living room.

Cheers

Get a hard drive one, saves on blank dvdr and can store alot more on them if you get a decent size hard drive with it, probably cheaper now aswell

I have Sky+ for the hard drive stuff, its so the kids can transfer onto disc that I want the dvd recorder so a hard drive is irrelevant.
Blank discs are dirt cheap so the cost of those is irrelevant too.

Toshiba do one that can record onto hard drive or DVD, and you can transfer from hard drive to dvd.

I was in a shop the other day that was selling them off quite cheap, can't remember where though.

Probably narrow it down to Currys or Comet at Teesside Park or Makro at Stockton.

Morrells, York Road -- rarely sell DVD recorders, but you can have a pork pie to keep you going.
