Hartley is not a left back, I know that he is unhappy playing there and this comes from a very good mate of his so don't play him there!!!

Get foooking Neil Austin in the side, i'm sorry but I dont rate Haslam, apparently Austin is a very good right back. Play him!!

what about the midfield?

I'm stuck on that one. Mainly because we have no-one with quality to replace what we have, so basically we're fooked. Oh i'd replace behan and larkin with boyd and brown.

Sweeney in centre midfield has been a big disappointment for me. He makes plenty of runs, chases lost causes etc. but we need a player who can turn, put his foot on the ball and make a simple pass, for me Fred has got the ability to do this.
Sweeney would be better out wide, either full back or right midfield.

Exactly! Give him a try on the wing and if he cant play there we may aswell put him on the transfer list. We dont need him at full back these days and he clearly is not a central midfielder. Maybe he could play upfront?

Could be causing dressing room disharmony? I really can see him playing left back all season as CT is stubborn. I think everyone knows he cant play left back aswell as other positions, still cant understand why the left back problem hasnt been addressed. Bit of a major concern

Austin can play left back though and he is sat on the bench. He is supposedly good too. Hartley im sure would be a competent centre back but at the minute he would struggle to get a game there as Liddle and Collins are doing ok.

I thought austin was a right back? Playing austin left back would be playing another player out of position, may aswell leave hartley there if thats the case

i really cant see why austin isnt getting in the first team, he was in league 1 team of the season, haslam wasnt was he?from what i have seen haslam doesnt look like a right back, he gets turned in and out more than spaghetti

Austin is comfortable at both left and right back he played both at his previous clubs except Darlo
