Football Phone in exclusively for Poolies

Tomorrow night and every Saturday night after hartlepool home games there will be a Phone-in programme from 5-6 pm on 102.4 Radio Hartlepool. It's your chance to coem on air and give your views on what is going on at YOUR club. There is also the chance to win tickets for the next Pools home game. You can ring me on 01429 275111 , text me on 60300 starting your message off with the word "hart" or email me on football@radiohartlepool.co.uk.

I have agreed to host this show as I am fully aware that other stations are only interested in the bigger clubs, in the past Pools fans have always been vocal and supported my shows, I hope that you will continue to voice your opinions.

well, at least that sounds more organised and worthwhile than the last attempt - i'll leave the blindfold at home then.

Hope the 'phone in' is better than the last one, you could hear JW loud and clear, and then some mumbling from the caller. Its not really any use when you can only hear one side of the conversation.

I knew by putting the plug for the programme on the site I would incur some "comments" but what the hell. We have put on air a programme exclusively for Pools fans, it's success or otherwise is down to you.

The half time entertainment that Pools have decided to put on and have asked Radio Hartlepool to help with hopefully will be better than the badly organised effort at the Charlton game. Yes basically it is a football AM type kicking balls through holes game. Teams of four can enter, at the end of the season the team with the most points will win a holiday with Thomas Cook. So to me thats not a bad idea. So any of you out there will be able to enter.

I would welcome your calls this evening after the game.
