I take it several of us will be heading to London on the train for this game,my question is which train will you be travelling home on ??
The choices are
Quarter past 6 into darlo at 10 past 9
Quarter past 7 into darlo at 10 past 10
Quarter past 8 nto darlo at 10 past 11

I will probably head to London the night before then meet up & travel home with Poolies

i will be staying over on the saturday night. in a hotel. hopefully with a young lady from sw16.

That's far preferable to a night in a B&B with one of those rarfs out of East 17.

When I saw the heading to this post I thought it was announcing Chelsea's next FA Cup opponents.
Something like "if only we'd beaten Macca that could have been US playing Barnet ".

footnote to Mr I: please can we have a "shrug" smiley!

Deffo the quarter past Seven. By the time you get back across the Smoke, grab a pint, KFC bargain Bucket and 6 cans of Lager for the train.....

Using my expert knowledge of the south, Barnet is 20 miles away from Stevenage station. Stevenage is on the main east coast line and a train from Darlo to Stevenage then a minibus return would definitely be the best and cheapeast option. We'll easily get a squad together for that! I'm in

9.29 from Darlo gets to Stevenage for 11.45, be in Barnet for 12.15

Return on the 19.17 from Stevenage back in Darlo for 22.09

Back in the town for last orders!

Thats the chappie!

Count me in.

I'm pretty sure the P'boro tickets went on sale about 8 weeks before so we'll have to keep our eye out in about 3 weeks. Might be worth trying to block buy the tickets too so we can guarantee seats together.

Should be a cracker...promotion party, sun will be shining, we'll all be pissed, there'll be more Poolies than Barnet there, Duffy will notch his 20th, Dimi will save a last minute penner....... rolf

Theres a slight flaw in tthat plan, the 19:17 from Stevenage doesnt stop at Darlow.
You would have to get the 19:15 from Kings Cross

Fens- celebrate the night before

GC- the return does involve a change at Donny but I was planning not to mention that!

ECG- I'll get down Asda asap! Where does your old man drink pre-match, I need to speak to him on Saturday about 'business'!
