Does anyone have any knowledge of employment tribunal law ?
The main question is,are you allowed to submit written evidence from someone who can not attend in person ?

I'm pretty certain you can submit a written affidavit from a witness. It does need to be witnessed though.

I would presume a signed witness statement would be permissable. Not 100% certain though.

I did a quick search of the internet and there seems to be a few sites talking about witness statement at tribunals eg here is an example of a statement...

Try www.direct.gov.uk it can be useful for stuff like this.

I'm pretty sure you can, but you can't submit anything which is highlighted.
