Picking the wife and her mate up from work at 6.30 and she asked me to pick her up near the Cenotaph. As they were getting in I noticed a lad about 17 with his hand jammed down the front of his trousers looking round, he then peed up the side of one of the new plinths with the names on that have just been installed ... can't the plinths be wired to the mains or shredders fitted on the side.
