According to the well known guide to etiquette, any reference to general 'caddism' is the worst one can call a chap....what, what.

I've always thought a 'bounder' was a bookie who ran off with Bertie Wooster's winnings after he'd successfully backed an outsider. That's the only time I've actually seen the word used.
