a man who cleans up rubbish from the streets has been rapped by his bosses at the local council. The road cleaner, who hasn't been named, has been upsetting town residents while he has been working. Whenever he saw a resident attempting to clean the pavement outside of their own homes, the worker would annoy the residents by stopping them to describe his own cleaning methods - and then insisted that these instructions must be followed by the residents as no other methods were acceptable by law.
He has been warned about his future conduct, and told not to make such sweeping statements in the future.
