Tests in France have shown castration to be not effective. Paedo's have still done stuff or fantasised about doing stuff, with the thought being that the problem is more psychological than physical. Still, if it helps a tiny bit then I say go for that and whatever else too, but it doesnt seem to be the cure I'm afraid...

Tests in France have shown 7.62mm rounds to be not effective om goolie hits. Try a fragmentation grenade.
