Several years ago The Bunker was invented from the ashes of another board after the scandal that became known as Brains Faggotgate. It was originally labelled 'The Outcasts Bunker'. Since then the board developed into the main Pools board.

Over time we the administrators tried to act responsibly and fairly. We adhered to a self imposed set of standards of moderation to which any user would have to severly overstep the mark in order to get booted off. Now some of you might think that this is a bit rich coming from a card carrying Vlad party right winger like myself, however personal posts and administrating are different things. What I or any of the other admins write has no connection to what is agreed in terms of moderating.

This overwhelming wish to be fair has at times acted to damage the board. People have at time come on with a demonstrable and express intention to bring the board down and piss everyone off. We have sometimes stood back for too long and failed to deal with people because of 'free speech'.

Those days my friends are gone. a little while ago we woke up and thought "hang on a fooking minute!" This is not a public service broadcasting service, its a privately funded message board and virtual community. Now, if anyone tries to mess it up then make no mistake, they will be fooked off pronto. The vast majority of people on here are reasonable and moderate (except me of course) but anyone coming on to cause trouble or to try to piss everyone off will be outed quicker than you can say welcome to the board.

A note to those Rivals exiles: you're welcome to join and comment to your hearts content but any of that shite that reduced rivals to a quivering wreck will not be tolerated. I know some off you might not like this but the expression tough shit does spring rather easily to mind.

Thank you for your attention.

Incidentally, two warnings have been issued on this subject today. If the behaviour continues those responsible will be banned by username and IP address.

So is the original post just for new comers who may stray over from Rivals?

The faggots need to make a come back on the logo.. an important part of the heritage of this fine institution is being denied by by the constant overuse of one Mr Ecapegoat..

Can I just clarify that I'm not one of those who have been warned?

I haven't received a warning. I don't feel I deserve a warning unless the occasional talk about nob-cheese is against board etiquette.

Don't take this as me looking for a warning. I'm not!

At this point, I should warn you you haven't been warned.

u usually find that those who say they have'nt been warned have more than likly been warned if not this time but earlier when no-one knew about warnings, and that, so we should maybe take it as read that its more likly that we have all been warned till at such time you get confirmation that you have not..... ps i have so far not been warned...thank u..
pps..i suppose that means i have until I get confirmation i have not..

ppps hope that has cleared a few things up, and remeber you have been warned...

I am a newcomer (but NOT from Rivals) and I would like to know why I haven't been warned.
I got warned at Pools for accidentally going into the ladies' lavs when they first built the new ones under the Mill House stand (the signs are too titchy) and was barred out of a pub once for saying their beer was crap - do they constitute a record worthy of being warned?

I haven't been warned but perhaps that was simply an oversight?

From what I read in the above links, there's nowt there that other people dont type. In fact I would say others type more of that stuff than he did. Still, its not my board and anyway, maybe I've missed something. But from the link that Billingham Poolie put up, I would say dismissal is harsh...
