I've got a bit of time to kill so I'd thought I'd do some ratings for yesterdays match at Mansfield.

Dimi 8 , made a couple of good saves and seemed more commanding in the box than he sometimes does.

Barron 8 solid as a rock, seems to be turning back the clock recently.

Liddle 8 solid as another rock with the added bonus that he can play the ball too.

Clark 8 solid as a rock and showed plenty of passion and commitment.

Ritchie 8 yet another one who was solid as a rock and just gets better and better, same as Ben for passion and commitment

Eiffion 3 don't know what happened there 'cos he's been getting better and better recently, he was outstanding on Saturday but yesterday seemed slow to react, sluggish and backed away from a few challenges, I hope it was just a one off !!!

Boland M.O.M 9 completely ran our midfield, was everywhere and never stopped running and getting stuck in, just gets better and 'betterer'.

Sweeney 4 only marginally better than Eiffion, he just didn't get involved enough in the 1st half, got slightly better in the 2nd, did a lot of running but most of it was like a headless chicken, get more involved Tony, you know you can.

Monkhouse 7 another good performance, and a good follow up to the second rebound, sign him up.

Duffy 7 another player who worked hard and chased every ball, break the bank to sign him.

Brown 8 an excellent game from the young'un in conditions that weren't exactly made for him, still a bit easilly knocked off the ball sometimes but he did well yesterday.

Daly 7 he did okay when he came on and won us the penner.

The fans 10 a great turnout on New Years Day in stinking weather.

Ritchie Barker 7 I think he would be a decent signing for us.

KEEP THE FAITH

I'd agree with most of that Mr Codyakker but don't know what Wilson sees in Barker.I made a point of watching his movement yesterday and was not impressed. Also expected him to get on the end of a few crosses but was eased out of most by the excellent Clark and Liddle. :sweet:

Williams and Sweeney were quiet - apart from that we looked ok-thought Brown had a good clappp

Highlight was the can can after the goal led by topless Spike
