The Directory of Mobile Phone numbers goes live next week.
All mobile phone numbers including those belonging to children will be open to cold calling.

But its only for your mates to find your number and that. not for cold calls as it states???? I still texted 'E' to 118800 like! best not fooking charge me £1 for the text. Gimps
