Well, to be honest, what Mandelson is saying about Brown his true - look how smug he looked when he posted that YouTube video saying he was going sort out the MPs Expenses - it backfired with us all.

I don't think he's stabbed Brown in the back.

Maybe trying to identify Brown's flaws will help Brown re-launch his premiership...mind if you we get the results that we're expecting in Europe tonight, it could all be over by Friday of next week.

Have you read James Purnell and Caroline Flint's resignation letters ?

Re-launch his premiership after unforgivable mismanagement and the inability to respond in the correct manner over pretty much everything in the last 12 months? You do realise we're in for the biggest landslide victory to a god-awful party who haven't even announced any policies yet?

He has no credibility left, whether he's a nice guy or not. I think he's been a victim of serious bad luck but some things are just feckless and idiotic. As long as Brown's in charge, Labour have a very real chance of being party #3.

I wouldn't say Gordon Brown was stupid, deluded and completely bewildered, BUT.........

The entire country is up in arms about the expenses thefts and so, in a Cabinet re-shuffle, designed to rescue his 'man of action' image, he appoints Mandelson, a man sacked for taking back handers not so long ago, as deputy prime minister???
