Another cracking night in the relaxed surroundings of The Centenary Suite!

Joel such a great player and will go down as a Poolie Legend for sure
but more importantly such a *genuine great guy, a top notch bloke*

Great send off for the lad (how many leaving dos does he want?)

Good luck in the land down under Joel William Porter who's birthday is on December 25th :wink:

Well done to those responsible for making tonight such an enjoyable evening, Goffy once again,
although i could have polished off seconds on the pie 'n peas :razz:

* People like Keigan Parker not fit to lace Joel's boots (or Ritchie's or Eifion's)

Great to be part of Joels "send off". However I thought the pie and peas for a tenner was awful ( never seen mushy peas so runny and green ) and then a fiver to take part in the raffle. I got the impression it was more of a money making scheme for Pools than a farewell to one on Pools greatest players. And if I have to listen to Goffy next week at the Rovers I'll be ready for another holiday. Sort it out Russ.

Great nite, in my opinion.

But one thing that sticks in mind, when ask about Dimi.

Repied, and almost word for word.

"When the great greek signs in the next 2 weeks".

Then looked to Turner and added but that's up to you. Seemed with that answer KNEW Dimi was joining.

I may may be wrong, just my way way of taking his answer.

A fantastic night from start to finish.

Pools have put on some really superb nights of late,they have taken some stick in the past,but this continued the recent trend of a well put together events.

Joel and his family loved it,his wife was sat on the table just near ours and she was taking photos of the occasion all night,the Porters were very proud. The club have left Joel feeling good about himself and that is priceless.

Well done Russ Green and the Team.

Agree a good night was had by the poolymads and my daughters partner won Joel's portrait and dedicated it to my two little granddaughters. Where to put it is the problem,too good for their bedroom and my suggestion of the living room went down like a lead balloon.

Joel will leave with last nights memory and as he said he will never forget us.
