For what its worth, some of the +£2000 week forwards in this team should take a look at what Paul Baker did in his time here, because he did give 100% and could actually score and didnt fanny around moaning and bleating

He had his moments on the moaning and bleating front, but the rest is all true.

He had his moments on the moaning and bleating front, but the rest is all true.

I think a lot of it was from sheer frustion with Baker, but considering how bad the squad was when he played, his goal tally was second to none

Paul Baker walked around on match day like he owned the fucking pitch. The looks he gave defenders for even daring to step on the same grass as him.
We desperately need players like that now.
