at no point in that article does it actually say he is going, other than sky sports deciding it.

He can leave, he may have options, but it doesnt say he is.

Pools will proably do the same with Nelson as they did with Jim Provett, offer him a contact and if he doesn't sign it in a certain time frame tell him to welcome to the board. The Nelson from a few seasons back would be missed, the Nelson of that last couple of seasons can easily be replaced.
