Whats going on with the manager situation

I know we are stuck with Turner till the end of the season but whats going on with our long term manager solution, I for one dont want him in charge playing people who should be dropped and others out of position. I feel we will stay in this division and hopefully get another manager in during the summer, as being a league 1 team is more appealing than league two.

Next year or a new manager cant come quickly enough

Totally agree... Old faces like Turner and West are not the answer, we need someone with fresh ideas.

Agreed but the new manager would have to be in a position to be able to view players performances and release those who are not good enough. Its no good a new manager coming in and finding that Turner has already 'signed' the dross. We need the manager in NOW not after contracts have been signed, we have made this mistake before and dont want to be doing it again.

But when we went through this last week, there were very few that people would ship out. Of the eleven that started Saturday I'd only release Collins and Humphreys. They are the captains at the club aren't they and the club adore Richie Humphreys, there is no way they are going to release both.

I believe we have a very good set of players that are being let down by continuous management that are neglecting our defensive problems.

I personally would get rid of them both and make Sweeney captian next season... I think he'd relish it, Pools through and through.
