Afternoon chaps

Just coming back on train from Montrose

Been asked if we know any Mech Fitters or Electricians to work alongside us as Offshore / Onshore service engineers, it is proper world wide travel and all training paid (including offshore survival). 12 weeks training then away on jobs (last lot have gone to Dubaii, Korea, India and Houston.

No Bullshit, good opportunity, loads of lads from Nissan have started with me, good company, good pay.

If anyone knows anyone who's interested, let me know.

I'd do it....do I have to know anything about any of the above before I sign up or will I get trained up????

Well you are correct, there are a couple of places that do indeed serve dog, it is a dying trade,and it is very expensive, for your info it is largely frowned upon by most of the younger generation and it is only the elderly men who partake these days, but you know what! when i tell these filthy disgusting (as you put it) people that in the UK we actually shoot, kill and eat Bunny rabbits, they are quite amazed.
Further more the South Koreans are one of the most pleasant, well natured and friendly people i have ever come across, there is no theft here, there is no Graffiti here, there are no drunken yobs hanging about on street corners, there are no drugs, you are quite safe to walk anywhere at anytime day or night without fear!
The medical facilities are efficient, the technology is second to none
It is not Utopia or paradise by any means, but i tell you it is a dam sight better than the uk and there are a hell of a lot more dirty, disgusting, people in the uk than over here!

Sigh....I don't really want to go through all this again but....it's the way they rear them for food and then how they kill them that I get really angry about!!!! :evil:

But didn't our ancestors eat dog? I always thought that one of the reasons we kept dogs as pets is because we used keep them as working animals but when times were hard etc we took to eating them, but eventually they became domesticated and trained them.

I mean to look at, what would you go for to eat? a portion of Golden retriever or a pig? "I'll go for the bonny fooker with the big eyes thanks chief" Not many would think " hey mate any chance of that fat ugly thing thats covered in shyte?"
