Supporters?????????????????

Total lack of support for him on here since yesterday.Well actually for quite a while.

At least the Wilson supporter's had the courage of their conviction to defend him after bad results from the abuse he received.

Yet I can't find a single post defending Turner.

I wonder why?????????????????

Edit... Sorry found one

Turner sent out the team most people would have. I wouldnt like. I want to see Rowell play.

On saying that it was the players who were to blame not the manager.

And I put the new players at the top of the list. Very very disappointed in them.

Just one more thing. Is this the unfittest squd we have ever had? Never known us have so many injuries. Or players that seem to just want to come off with Twinges.

We have no heart and stomach in this squad.

Nobody would expect CT to change the team that performed against Leicester, apart from injuries. So he got that right.

Yesterday again showed our lack of creativity in midfield. I haven't seen Rowell play, but it appears he has that quality. Is it fair to throw him into the current situation?

Rowell should have played. Playing Clark and Liddle together in the middle was just plain stupid, so foooking negative. Rowell and Sweeney are our only attack minded midfielders, one wasn't playing and one was at right back.

I for one posted support for CT for the reasons I gave at the time....failing to repeat those reasons every five minutes doesn't mean I lack the courage of my convictions.
Also, people who defended Wilson after he's been abused probably did so because he'd been abused.

Is it just me who hates all of this 'Turner supporters' 'Wilson haters' 'Humphreys lovers' bollocks. Surely the only thing we support is Hartlepool United?

dunno if chucking rowell in at the deepend is right like, saw him against scunny on boxing day and he had a good start but looked a bit out of his depth at times.

He played away at both Hereford and MK Dons and was my man of the match both games. I also saw him pre season against Huddersfield and he ran the show. He is probably the most creative footballer we have fit at the club.

Turner talks about trying to relieve the defence of pressure by playing an attacking game but loads the centre midfield with defensive midfielders who can only go sideways. He's been well under used this season. Cooper would have got 20 games out of him by now.

yeah i would have liked to have seen more of him, power as well for that matter, both are very promising and could do more than liddle does a lot of the time

I think Jones is a great player, he's got a touch of class about him, but he is very one dimensional. He only has one line of patter, as my mate's dad would say.

Rowell however is completely unpredictable. When he gets the ball he can do a hell of a lot with it, usually to good effect. He has been great in both games I've seen him start.

Liddle and Jones together in the middle is a no go for me. They're too similar, although Liddle has been playing much better under Turner.

Again though who the fook are these 'Turner supporters?' I'm a Pools supporter, I don't support Turner, Wilson, or anyone else for that matter I support Hartlepool United and everything that stands for, you see that comes in the job description of being a supporter. Nobody is bigger than the club and at times like this everyone needs to pull together, not encourage division surely that's the last thing we need??

Lets get behind the club, not try and point score what has happened has happened, nothing is going to change that lets look forwards not backwards.

Colin West was barking out a lot of instructions tonight, and to be fair so was Turner. They seemed to be taking it in turns,
