Fisher 1 Eastleigh 2

I'm disappointed that there were some neanderthals that shouted that she should "stay in the kitchen".

That's not very nice at all.

........... the day we ever have a female manager is the day I take up bunjee jumping with a noose. GOD.... ... imagine it if you had a bad game, you'd be ignored all week, management by huff, then there'd be certain times when 'regular mood swings' would occur and the term pre-match build up would acquire a whole new terrifying meaning. The post match interview would develop into a chat of epic proportions and kit style and colour would come in for protracted scrutiny with a vengeance. But, most important of all, one irritant I've cultivated over the years and one to get any womans anger up, is.... when the managerette is shouting tactics and advice on the pitch NEVER, NEVER ... ignore them, that's fatal   :uhoh: ........ but a laugh
n.b..... (The above post does not apply to women with bodies like duvets and, or are the sort who always dress in sports wear or are sexually indistinguishable from members of the male sex. as they are just sports obsessives)

even the most pro- women's lib people would have to concede that there are places where it's a man's world.
Men's football can only develop the team spirit required with a group made entirely of men.
The physio or doctor may well be a woman, but the team spirit/pisstaking etc in a football team is the exclusive of a group of lads.
There was a real possibility of a friendly being played this season where Oldham were offered a large sum of money to allow a woman to play for them in the match, but John Sheridan rightly dismissed it out of hand, as he rightly stated, the club would have been the laughing stock of the entire professional football world - as Fisher have now become.
Prostituting your club for money is one thing, but even that should have limits
