About an hour ago I was watching the first half of Ebbsfleet vs. Burton, looked at the sleet and snow-like conditions that the game was being played in.

I thought - "If those conditions get any worse, this game will be abandoned. Why even has the referee not abandoned the game?"

I've jsut switched over again to the game and have learned that a thick snowfall has forced the referee to ABANDON the game.

I've just looked out the window here in Gillingham - a lot of snow, nearly as bad as last week has fallen, to my horror, in the last hour.

How sick must Ebbsfleet be to have their live game abandoned ? They were 1-0 up and all against Burton, the runaway leaders. banghead

I hope we don't see a return of last weeks problems and hope the snow here isn't an indication of what the weather could be like, so I'm told, in the Milton Keynes area in the next 48 hours.

Those doyles who bought a share in Ebbsfleet will be confused tonight, I don't think I've ever seen an abandonment in Championship manager.

Disagree, it's something new, fresh, different and brings interest to a club which is pretty much going nowhere.

In this current football climate, where the rich get richer, and the poor clubs go out of business, you have to try everything to stay afloat.

There fans still have a club to watch every Saturday.

Scarbrough don't.

They should form a new league with MK Dons, and nobody else.

The title race would be intriguing, just like the SPL.
