Of course they read this board!!

At least common sense has prevailed, all that reveals is that it was actually somebody at Pools who decided to rearrange the game three days after the Stoke match. The Football League only state that rearrangements should be on the first available date, not must be. I think us having the Stoke game on the 3rd should have been good enough reason (in the current climate) for us to dodge the 6th.

Yep, it seems the cock-up lies at Pools.

Either the person who was given the initial responsibility has a rather tenuous grip on reality or they don't read the rules properly. In either instance it isn't good enough. Still, it wouldn't be the first administrative blunder that springs to mind

Or the alternative is that, having realised they cocked it up, the Rozzer excuse is a convenient way of getting around it, we do after all have a media department, spin spin spin.

I'm informed that Darlo-Rochdale has been rearranged in the first instance for Feb 24th, so there must be a degree of flexibility in this that isn't explained by the club.

But look on the bright side

a) The angry mob have probably set down their torches & the P45s remain in the filing cabinet until the next cock-up

b) It IS possible to get answers out of the club, purely coincidentally of course.
