Getting to sound like a Northern Soul night on the board!!!!

This could be the start of something, players will be buzzzzzzing and we have had a clean sheet for a couple of games @ last. Danny Boy prove us wrong and show us that you are the man to take us to the promised land..... One question ... Will Kyle be cup tied for the Brighton game??

everyone 's happy we are playing to our potential - Pools have some excellent footballers and when they are all functioning to their ability we should be winning more than we lose - because many teams in this division don't have such quality as Brown, Porter, Clark, Monkhouse, Collins (when he's at his best), Sweeney, and Kyle now he's getting match fit.
That's without mentioning another top player in Boland.
The key recently has been Ben Clark. He's doing the Boland role superbly, but he also sprays 40/50 yard passes across the park and wins the aerial battles in the centre to boot. What a cracking footballer he is, Pools are very lucky to have him Imo. It allows Jones to play the forward role without getting bogged down with too much defensive work - in other words it goes to show how poor Liddle had been in there recently, it's such an important area of the field to get right and Clark should be the first name on the team sheet for the midfield positions.

For all that were last night you could see the players buzzing when they come to salute the pools faithful. they celebrated with effort and delight and you could see how much the win meant to them. I hope this is the start of things to come.

If Kyle plays against Brighton, then it will be fair to say we will be signing him in JAnuary. If he doesn't then things could look glum and he will probably be returning to Cov.

that Player Brighton signed from Leeds (Johnson) made a huge difference to them last night by all accounts - two great goals to level it for them after being dead and buried. Hopefully he won't be allowed to be cup-tied by Leeds.

He's a cracking player that Bradley Johnson from Leeds. Didn't realise Brighton got him on loan. They'll get rid of Savage and he'll do the biz for them.

One question ... Will Kyle be cup tied for the Brighton game??[/quote

Kyle signed on a Month's loan on October 1st, so his original loan ends on November 1st (Orient game). That question could therefore be irrelevant for a couple of reasons.

Will Coventry allow him to stay ?

Could another team, having seen him score 3 so far want to take him on loan ?

Will we sign him in time to play in the FA Cup, anyway. Negotiations could take a while meaning he ineligible even if Coventry say yes to him staying ?

If they say he can't play against Brighton in the cup, would Pools want to sign him then and there knowing any further loan arrangement would result in a week being taken up paying some of his wages knowing he cant play. Would they decide to sign him the following week (10th November onwards) knowing he will be available for one more league game but knowing also that he be unavailable on the 29th November (2nd round date) if we progress. As if Coventry say he can't play in the 1st round they probably say he can't play in the 2nd.

Isn't it more likely that Coventry simply don't want him but if he gets a more lucrative offer on another loan deal (appearance money for instance) he'll go there via Coventry. After all he has the option to refuse a loan offer himself.

Hopefully, he'll want to stay on the North East where his son is until January at least and Coventry won't stand in the way of any Cup appearances because they have no intention of keeping him.
