Darlington at home on a Monday Night live on sky in front of a half empty stadium. Seven goal attempts. Only one attempt ontarget and no goals. At half-time a 0-0 draw.

Hartlepool at Walsall, a tough game on a Saturday. Seemingly a waste of time for 70 minutes. Go two goals down. Concede another early goal. Then produce a great comeback with great goals to win three two in the last 20 minutes.

I think I would rather us play a good team and be beaten, than treat our fans to a bore draw like Darlo.

At least we are more entertaining and value for money then that lot down the road !

I think you'll find it was a 88% empty stadium. rolfl

Now hang on hear me out on this.

Last season Premiership Arsenal drew 0-0 four times, twice in the Champions League whereas Pools only drew 0-0 once away to Bristol Rovers in April.

Yet you ask an arsenal fan if they would trade there amazing flowing entertaining trohpy-less football for some silverwear i bet they would say yes.

Lovely football is the side order to the main meal of winning points in my eyes.

Well then, that just goes to show how greedy a race we are sometimes ?

Winning for points to stay up is justified.

Winning for silverware to earn lots and lots of money whilst not giving a damn about the passion behind the game, clearly, is not.

If you don't play to win, then whats the point in playing?

May aswell have a kick about with your mates.

Even in the most friendly of kickabouts you'd play to win.
