after 2 wins in 22 attempts away, going 2-0 down inside 13 minutes, what exactly was the reaction you expected from people who care about this club???

Reading Poolie in Nottingham's post also suggests it was more than a shade lucky. Wilson has slipped the hangman's noose again!!!

Love it when you get the children coming out with these posts thinking something has dramatically changed because of 1 win.

So what you're saying is that in your eyes Wilson is still a 'lovely lovely person'?

i dont have to go to the away games to see that we have defensive frailties - i can see that at home and i can rely on the report from the one away game that you went to tell me this

i also dont think that one win changes things, but it certainly can be a catalyst and to suggest i am reactionary smacks of hypocrisy coming from you.

what i find hilarious is the knee jerk reaction after the first 2 goals calling for his head - its pathetic really - we all want the best for the club, but with gates down and income not flowing into the club so much its going to be difficult to attract the right player here - so as usual we have to make do with what we've got.

you can call for his head as much as you want its up to you, what i find hilarious is the way that you dont get off the blokes back who has one of the best managerial records ever for a manager at the club. in 100 years of all of the managers who have had more than 100 games in charge there's only cooper and turner had (slightly) better stats than wilson

you doyles

yesterday worked by the time the game finished so lets hope two home games in a week, will give us a bit more of a gap between us and the teams at the bottom and then look forward to a long cup run.

Yesterday was THE worst first half I can remember from Pools for years. Two centre halfs missing almost every header that mattered, only Ben Clark playing in midfield and two forwards support the most inept target man display I've seen ever.
Fortunately it changed in the second half but not drastically until the subs, Foley did next to nowt but Robson can hold his head high if not his chin. The lad plays with everything he's got and everything he did was spot on yesterday. His pace on the left and pushing Brown up front stopped us playing long balls up to someone who didn't looked arsed and turned the game, seems obvious now but I was puzzled to say the least when Porter was taken off. When the ball was on the deck Kyle was clearly more useful but by that point he was utterly shagged. Wilson's 3 up front didn't work but that doesn't excuse the defending in the first half. I just hope he starts next game with either Brown or Porter up front with Kyle with the other giving some pace on the wing with either Monky or Robson on the left.

You can use stats and make any situation look good or bad. It just depends on which figures you are using. Politicians do it all the time.

Cooper OR Wilson stats.... rolfl

That was the post l was rolfl @ Cooper / Turner - Slightly better than Wilson stpid. How many supporters who follow Pools want him to be our manager? I for one do not but we are stuck with him

the term doyles was used to assist the people posting the wilson out posts after 9 minutes as it was in a language that I believed that they could understand. Sometimes it nice to loosen up once in a while and poke fun at people who do FOOK ALL ELSE BUT MOAN.

Sometimes directness and a swaying from my usual eloquence is allowed by me - I like to get urban, go street , go ghetto now and then.

I have been too much of an observer on here recently to realise that there is still the "my keyboard input are my and therefore everybody else's thoughts and should be treat as such and you should consider yourself suitably chastised for once in a while expressing an opinion that differs from the hoi polloi" - A one line insult is no worse than dressing up an insult in five or six long winded replies.

This great author need's patrony or sanctimony as much as anyone else on this board, but I ignore it, it's just words.

One thing that we need to remind ourselves is that Turner failed to get us out of division four and cooper never had the chance to try. Wilson did.

I don't like the defence, Kyle hasn't proved himself, i dont like the substitutions at times, but i aint gonna call them man a bounder or a wanker or state that i hate him because he is doing i job that a lot on here think they are better qualified to do, when really in the cold light of the day they're not.

We were calling for his head before we went 2-0 down. Fact we came back matters not one bit. I still want the clueless fucker out.

Stcik to calling peopel racist for saying they prefer to use Hartlepool taxis, even that makes more sense than your usual tosh.

Sounds like that one hit a nerve...Is Katcha a taxi driver from outside the town by any chance?

I for one use Hudsons for airport run's etc because they are cheaper than any taxi outside of the town. Its that simple ££££££ sctatchinghead

Well if that was aimed at me, which I suspect it was, maybe you've lost the ability to have some fun in your day. Take the chance to get off the pulpit and stop preaching at everyone, constantly, remorslessly, and usually uninformedly. You've confidently made so many predictions that turned out to be utter crap that you've really lost your credibility anyway.

Come on in and have a laugh instead
