Once again, thanks to everyone that had a drink in the Millhouse yesterday, before AND after the game, we really do appreciate your support and we'll keep on trying to get better.
We hope the bar service was ok considering how busy it was and again we hope we'll get better as time goes on.
The TV for the lounge IS on its way and soon after that we WILL get live footy on.
We are trying to get John Smiths in as soon as we can and also Carling instead of Kronenburg, but we aren't sure just yet as to when we can, we'll also try and make sure we have more Bud in the fridges for the next game, any other suggestions just keep 'em coming and we'll do our best.
The 'In to win' free beer draw wasn't claimed so the 5 free pints will be rolled over to the next home game and it will then be for 6 FREE PINTS,
Good atmosphere yesterday and it really felt like a Pools pub, which I think we all want.
By the way we'll be open from 3pm on Tuesday for those of you who might be departing on coaches from around the Millhouse, if you're not going we'll have the radio on on Tuesday night if you want to get away out of the house and listen with fellow Poolies that couldn't go.

A word of caution to some of the younger Poolies, if you want serving with alchohol, please bring some ID because if you look UNDER 21 you will be asked for it, without it you won't get served, please lads understand it's NOT our rules, it's the LAW, once we know you you won't have a problem. I after say ((c) Leedspoolie) that before I came over here I used to dodge around town every match day trying to meet up with everyone, and now everyone's in one place on match day, I'm dead jealous.

It can only be a good thing and an opportunity that the club, with the Victoria Lounge debacle, when they let Codyakker down badly, missed out on.

We will get Strongarm in, but, it will be much later, there's a bit more involved i'm afraid but it's something we've already got on our list of things we want, anyway the John Smiths will be in first, like, sorry, like, be patient.

If you really want hand pull, just talk to Mr Half Pint, he usually makes himself available in the Gents about 2pm on a match day to raise his pie money.
