...something that amounts to £15 and appears to being slapped on evryone who appears in court according to the court reports. I was shocked to see the amount in costs people were fined for 'green wheeelt bin offenecs' plus costs and then a £15 victim surcharge slapped on top....who is the victim and do they receive the £15, or does it go to the government and is it another tax?

Sounds like another tax.

If it isn't then I'll be expecting my share as a member of the public seeing as though we keep getting told that people must be prosecuted for wheelie bin offences, tv licence dodging, speeding, littering etc because it is not in the public interest to allow people to commit these nasty crimes due to the effect it has on the quality of life of other members of the public.

Where do I find the application form?

The amounts in question for the green wheele bin crimes against humanity were quite hefty, running into the hundreds of pounds.

The money goes to Victims Support, even when it's a victimless crime!

Another example of dumbass magistrates at work.

I can see it now, the outline of the fag-end marked in chalk with tape around it.

It bumps up the Legal Aid purse through the back door by freeing up funds from the Victim Support scheme so those fat drunk barristers can charge a bit more. Rumour has it that they won't work for 90 snodgers ((c)Mutley) an hour now.

Really why don't you all come and join me and leave the Land of the Fee??
