I not usually on here having a "pop" at Wilson.

But if he carries on with what I can only describe as totally unbelievable decision making then I will be joining that group of fans.

Yesterday he made 4 changes to the starting line up to accomodate one injury.

Sweeney moved to right back McCunnie moved to midfield Monkhouse moved to the right and Robson brought in. Totally unbelievable. He could have took Rowell with the squad and played him, or as he had took Power why not simply play him in centre midfield.

Power brought on 2nd half for Nelson,(I presumming he took a knock) meant another change in that Liddle had to move to centre half (not lot that can be done when injury occurs during game)

2-0 down Robson took off Foley on Monkhouse left, why not Robson off Barker on Brown to right at least we may have a chance of pulling a goal back and then who knows what can happen.

So any more decisions like those made yesterday and Mr Wilson may well lose someone who has supported him. Yes I know he done it before, but yesterday to me was bordering on the last straw. Transfer window for loans open so we may have to bring in a centre back if Nelson has got any sort of lay off. But we need people to replace those on the fringe of the first team as they simply not good enough. That also includes POWER, he not the answer. I saw him against Sunderland and thought he was, maybe the opposition in midfield for Sunderland was a lot more poorer than I thought. He is beginning to remind me of Ali Gibb (not as bad a player) but he impressed me in his first game against MK Dons then did nothing. Power has done the same so far.

With you on this one Bob,I have had mutterings in public to one or two people about Wilson but never actually penned my thoughts on him.

Yesterday nearly changed that. taz

Hope you can do it one day as well. (TWH)

I support POOLS.

I will support the manager and the players but when I feel it is damaging or possibly damaging my TEAM then I will have a say.

The original posting on this thread is based on what I saw yesterday at Millwall. Based on the game based on my opinions of the game and the decision making I WITNESSED. not based on a second hand radio / tv report or what a mate of a mate of a mate who was there said.

So Im happy to change opinion from time to time because I do not want us back in Division 4.

As fans we deserve better than that.

But as of this moment in time I am not a "Wilson knocker" but if he carries on with decisions like yesterday, I will join that group. I will also be one of the LOUDEST AND VEHEMINETLY ANTI WILSON" FANS on this or any other board. Maybe I can be described as "sitting on the fence" for the time being.

i like they way you can comment on Power based on 2 or 3 games. in fact 2 or 3 of the first meaningful games of his career. most young ones take a season or 2 before they start to really show what they are capable of, you have given him 3 games before deciding. well done.

He has never played at 1st team before, he was never meant to be 'the answer' straight away. He, along with jones were brought in for the future and should not be expected to solve problems straight away.

Firstly I call things as I see them.

Secondly I never actually said he wouldn't make it I said he wasn't the answer. We had a player out yesterday who I have only seen about the same number of thimes as Power, but I think he gives us something at this moment in time.

With Power I happy to have him slowly brought on. But at the moment he not cutting it and we need players who can.

Wilson could have taken Rowell yesterday, he presumely didn't because he thinks Power is the better, I have to disagree at this moment in time I believe Rowell is a better player.

So I havent suggested we sell Power just at this time he not quite ready.

rowell should be ahead of power in the pecking order at the moment. if he wasnt injured then its a travesty he wasnt on the bench at least yesterday.

i will make my mind up about power when he is match fit. as he clearly isnt, then rowell who is, should be playing.

I dont mean to be rude or have a dig at the lad but he not fit, nevermind match fit.
Needs to loose a few pounds IMO :uhoh:
