Outplayed and outclassed. Too many passengers, but to be fair, we played against a side that were different gravy. Foley was atrocious, Barker tired too easily, Power lacked any confidence, Robson flatters to deceive, Liddle was overran, and Nelson was tortured by Howard, again. Although he has improved markedly, ALB was poor last night as well. My MOTM would have to be Humphreys.

Foley didn't deserve so much as a one - he was so awful words fail me!!!!
It's not the lad's fault he's still here - but he's so woefully weak and can't beat a man, despite his pace!!!!

I was impressed also by Rowell's cameo appearance - he certainly wasn't afraid to want the ball, run with it, made a couple of quality turns in their half with the ball, and looks a good prospect. I'd put him in before Power on that performance

I thought Foley had been given a years contract but a mate last night said he'd read that Foley was only given a 6 month contract. Anyone else heard that?

I hope so - he's a waste of time and money, I'd rather we gave another young pro a shot (i.e. Rowell)than continue wasting our efforts on him. He's not going to make it, even the most reluctant of people to criticise must know this by now. The lad himself must know it, it would be a relief for all concerned to let him go, rather than keep putting him into a situation he's not cut out for.

I sincerely hope he didn't get a 2 year deal banghead

i thought i remembered reading it was a 2 year contract on the official website but i just checked and it say no such thing :roll:
