A very reasonable £15 and only £6 for kids. To make it even better, students pay full price.

Seeing as though the prices are reasonable I may have a trip down depending on how busy I am at work.

even by your usual standards that is a load of utter and total fooking bollox.

do you just sit there and think this shiit up, then type it, and assume people will believe it ?

my daughter, who is 17, gets a tenner week. she only gets it if the college is open that week, and if she misses one lesson, she gets nish.

whoah whoah sweet child of mine, I was going by what the kids at the FE got when I got fook all at 6th form... I assumed it was the same across the board these days....

There are more eloquent ways to put your point across without having a go at people for no good reason, a simple "that is incorrect, they get £10 per week" would have done

I'll have to get my ticket from Leeds again! Pish take!

Ouor kid gets £30 a week for going to college, miss a lesson and you dont get it, its all based on personal circumstances, my mother is on her own with a low income so he gets the full whack off the government!

Cheap seats and you go into the game as red hot favourites and still you squabble

FE grants? Funny how football threads end up discussing politics. 'Lad' knocks years off me - I thank you.

Not the best draw for either side I suspect - had hoped for a soft option or a big money spinner. This looks like a genuine contest with yourselves as favourites given that we leek goals and on 3 out of 6 competitive games this year have needed to score 3 to win - we did score 4 once but in the wrong game!

Don't know about you but it occurred to me recently that if the current grant situation had been in place when I were a lass, I'd never have been able to get to Uni, not having had affluent parents.
There's no way I'd have taken out a loan of the size you now need to do a degree

The abolition of student grants was a disgrace.

They should be reinstated, but only for proper degrees (e.g. medicine, law, maths, business studies) and not Mickey Mouse ones like Media Studies, Psychology etc.

Yeah, when I went to school pretty much all of us got fuck all. Beggars can't be choosers.

I know plenty of people who get/got £30 allocation for whatever they wanted
