Reading on another thread regarding the attendances in the first three home games, i think the club now need to draw attention to this. For whatever reason people are starting to cry off and not attend the games. Whether this be financially or a protest against the club for being "loyal" season ticket holding supporters for the past few season, the club need to think about how they can get these people back to the games.

one way could be to offer three home league games for £15 per game should you purchase the tickets prior to the first game. but ou must buy three tickets. Now I know people work some saturdays or work abroad / offshore, so maybe the could buy any three home league games for when they can attend. But they must buy all three together?

Is this unreasonable or has anyone else got any other suggestions?

Just a thought

The best way get people back through the turnstiles is to start winning football matches.

People find the money to follow a winning side.

A saving of three quid is not going to convince a floater to attend a game.

Tell me to mind my own business, but this is absolutely spot on.

Footabll is an expensive hobby at the best of times, and therefore a saving doesn't muster up much excitement.

Free kids tickets sent to local schools? Worked well at EP

Too late, the rot has set in now, the club has been in decline for 4 years now, attendances have dropped from a max of 5300 to 3500 , and will drop further if we stand still, dont invest and attract quality players . As I have said a million times before a club as small as us has to be ambitious and reach for the stars, being happy to finish mid table will only lead to falling crowds and relegation.

i think some people are also missing the point that alot of people dont like/want wilson as manager, that could be another reason for people not turning up, alot of people have lost faith in wilson.

Spot on. There's too many people in this town who were only too happy to jump on the bandwagon, and when the going gets tough they soon disappear.

You can probably say the same for most towns and citys but we seem to have more than our fair share of fairweather supporters and its very unlikely to change.

Thats no excuse, foooking ell give the bloke a chance, we're only 3 games into the season, we have a cup tie tonight and we could be heroes tomorrow.
It does my head in when people say they are not going while wilson is still there, its a miserable and pathetic excuse
