richards should replace brown
bentley should replace beckham
agbonlahor should replace owen (when he plays) or rooney (couldnt hit a barn door)
barry should start ahead of lampard as he is just so over rated and is a bag of shite
and last joe hart should replace james, he showed again tonite why he is a liability in goal

I'm normally a massive england fan, watch every game and really want them to do well, i dunno maybe it's cos my first memory of football was the 1990 world cup so i normally love watching them.

This time.... I turned over at 9 to watch family guy, it was awful.

Beckham was a great player for england, now he cant get near the by line, he doesn't have the legs.

You had ashley young at the weekend rip man city to shreads with some awesome wing play, and he doesn't even get in the squad.

Joe Cole was unreal at the weekend, and he was on the bench.

Even Downing could add natural width to the side, and he was on the bench.

Bently, Walcott, Micah richards etc etc young hungry players who need to be in that team, ahead of the old guard Lampard, Gerrard, Beckham etc.

I feel sorry for Rooney, he has no service at all, he has to come deep, come to the wings, just to get the ball, it's soul destroying.

Defoe looks sharp and has a shot anytime he gets the ball, natural 6 yard box striker - so he gets took off at halt time for Heskey!

At least under Sven we looked organised and like we actually wanted to win.

It says something when one of our goalscorers and the supplier of most of our crosses was a full back who never normally crosses the half way line for his club. How many of Beckhams crosses never made it past the first defender? 80%, 90%? We were just a team of individuals thown together with no structure or game plan. Terry got turned too easily for the first goal - a bunch of overpaid primadonnas. end rant....

I wish we could get some spirit back into the team, italia 90, euro 96, even france 98, the players really fought and played for the shirt.

We had that phil and they still struggled.

We need a manager who will get rid of the old guard and put in young fresh players, Lampard and Gerrard just will not play in an England shirt, so don't pick them, it's simple.
