a bruise on my arm
itchy nads
a few grey hairs
myopia
very mild alzeimers
hay fever
1 haemerroid
and an unhealthy aversion to Scunthorpe.

ALL caused by the Wednesday night 5-a-side.

But I play through the pain!

i would have turned up but i popped into the nursery om the way home for some refreshment.

Brinky is closed over the hols and i have been playing for the enemy 3 quids mob...

After Glastonbury I had to rip out a kitchen & do loads of other stuff in the house & have also had a couple of trips up to Scotland so basically am absolutely knackered & can hardly move at the minute never mind play footy (probably showed on wednesday).
Sitting about is fine,standing about is fine,but the transition between the 2 is not easy
Hopefully I should be back regularly now though with the exception of Leeds festival in 4 weeks time.
