Triallist left back at Consett

As i was sent the team by text and informed we had a triallist by the name of Hamilton playing at left back.

Couple questions, Is this correct and if so how did he play ?

Yeah, Hamilton from Hearts played tonight. He played ok, didn't do much really because he didn't have that much to do!

1-1. Own goal opened proceedings for us, they scored from a corner and some shoddy defending with about 5 minutes to go.

I read we won 4-1 on rivals! 4-0 up at half time including two from Power!

I got there about 5-10 minutes late but I was there for the majority of the game, so if they scored 3 in that very short space of time I'd be surprised.

I've just spoken to Marc Ellison who confirmed the 1-1 scoreline. Consett weren't a bad side, they knew how to play football and got stuck in for long periods. Pools still should have beaten them though. The midfield of Rowell, Power, Monkhouse and Young did well I thought, but Mackay and Tymon up front offered nothing whatsoever. Defensively we looked decent down the flanks but Tait and Nelson didn't have the best of games at centre back. The match ended with a just scoreline if I'm being honest.
