how the fook do you rip songs off a cd if it doesn't automatically tell you, or that box thing dont pop up...?

or turn them into mp3's?!

Use Windows Media Player and click on the 'Rip' button at the top!!!! :grin:

i use itunes, it automatically does it, and if it doesnt simply highlight them all, right click, rip!

once they're ripped there are they mp3's, and does one just drag n drop from there onto ones mp3 player/mobile....???!

If your ripping them in Media Player they will come out as "WMA" files, Not MP3's

WMA files will play on most MP3 Players, But the problem I've found with ripping in Media Player is that occasionally the songs havent ripped properly and the song starts to skip

Your best for ripping CD's > MP3 doing a search on http://www.download.com/ for "CD to MP3 Ripper"

That should find a suitable free program for ya

EDIT: Yes, You just drag and drop to your MP3 Player / Mobile :grin:

No, No, No!! Click 'synchronise' at the top of Media Player so your MP3 player knows what it's talking to. Then drag and drop the tracks you want into the right hand column, making sure that you aren't downloading more than it'll hold. Then hit 'sync' in the bottom right hand corner and voila!!

I know, I only cracked this on Sunday and now my Mrs thinks I'm a glenius. :grin:
