I agree that an awful lot of people are simply not capable of being decent parents and I never cease to be amazed at the reverse logic that is prevelent - the less you are capable, the more you have. Theres no end of chav, scumbag, you daft lass with a pramful of kids. I think the Chinese have some sort of quota system don't they Kev?

Personally I would to limit all child benefits to two children but the only people who suffer are the innocent kids. Not sure what you can do other than chemical castration. Even for me thats a touch extreme.

Fear not! Dave "hug a hoodie" Cameron will be prime minister soon and him and his crack team of finger on the pulse ministers will sort it all out at the same time as revitalising the economy and providing the average punter with a reduced tax burden.

Nowt to worry about at all.........

You sound like a New Labour long range mortar team lobbing 'shiit' in anticipation of the distant electoral offensive to me.

I hate new labour or any labour! As I said, they are all vain, arrogant, self-serving etc.

Be a bit early to start an electoral offensive, surely?

Chortle! You couldn't be further from the truth! Couldn't be a party worker even if I wanted to be (which I most certainly don't). You're reading in way too much!

A politically proscribed job is it, sounds like Civil Service or Local Government at PO6 or above. Lorradosh.

Hope you're achieving things you want to do. I went to work for Liverpool Corpy and thought I was going to change the world but working there through the Hatton era put paid to those aspirations.

We had a new Chief Exec who said he was going to change the local culture so he introduced a corporate livery including the lurid purple wheelie bins you see in L'Pool now. Part of the change in local culture included having white vans with a puple stripe around them with a picture of a liverbird on the van door. All the drivers who were Evertonians emery papered the liverbirds off the doors cos that was Liverpool FC's logo.

Some change in culture!

How about this one...

You see them bleating on about licences to own a dog and how some people shouldn't be allowed to own them (and I agree with that) but what gets me is that same idiots can have something even more precious than that without any constraints as no-one would EVER endorse having licences for and thats a child...

For crying out loud if they are not deemed competent to look after a dog how the hell are they competent to look after a child!!

Having a licence to have children would stop to Mr I's diseffected yoof problem at a stroke cos none of the scumbags would be deemed fit enough to have a licence and therefore would not be reproducing.

It would also cut down on the social security budget as they wouldn't be able to pop one out every time they wanted a payrise.....

Ok, suppose they do this, you now must give me a valid answer to how they can enforce it (reproducing)
