I think it is disgusting what you lot are doing,ripping pools off......

They give you a good offer to try and get more people to get season tickets, and straight away you lot want to save money by sharing with your :imaginary friend:.........

what, people have been inventing friends? Then buying them tickets? It's the psychiatrist they need, not tickets. How does it rob Pools to buy two tickets, one to keep for yourself and one which won't get used anyway?

Tucker, it seems you really haven't understood this season ticket thing.

The buddy system has not been introduced because HUFC think you are a swell dude and therefore want you to help you make a gift to a friend.
It is a marketing strategy to increase the number of season ticket holders by giving existing holders an incentive to recruit new ones. They don't care whether it's your best friend or worst enemy you buddy up with, they're delighted with every new season ticket holder no matter whose friend he or she is.

If the club had come up with a fair system of discount for season ticket holders people wouln't be 'ripping them off' . The club only has itself to blame - won't get sympathy from me. It will be intersesting to see if they make or loose money on season ticket sales this season. My bet its a loss!! violin

Obviously the club want more people through the turnstyles (easy Smythe :grin:

) so they introduce this offer, once there are more people the club will be able to make more money from the sale of pies, pints, programmes etc etc
