Just reading a list in the paper of the Labour MPs who have balls and morals and voted against the Government's latest legislation to turn the UK into a police state.

Guess what.

Our cockgoblin yes-man of an MP wasn't one of them.

Aye too true.
At the same time we have the Tory spokesman resigning as an MP in protest at the outcome of the vote, only to stand in the resultant by election. Yes he is resigning his seat in order to be able to fight for...ermmm...his seat. All this at the expense of the taxpayer. I thought the Tories wanted to uphold Parliamentary democracy and, at the same time, wage a war on waste.
As I have said on other occasions, they are all the bloody same.
The big problem is, if you dispense with one politician you replace him/her with another one.
In this case David Davis is going to replace HIMSELF. You couldn't make this up.
Off with their heads I say.

They're clinging to their jobs by the tip of their fingers. But relax by the time you get to vote them out they'll only have been paid another half a miilion each..............

Time for the revolution boys......

You seem to be making the mystifying assumption that their successors will be in some way better

I really would prefer an independent rather than a lapdog. An independent carries no political clout in Westminster, but what they would do is put our town's interests first. Wright deserves to get a permanent dose of diarrhoea.

Well why not seize the chance, Mr Parmo. Get yerself elected. I would like to see more independents in Parliament, though the big drawback is funding. If you want to get rid of Wright you need to split the labour vote, thus allowing the Tory or Liberal in. A heavyweight ( not literal) independent would do that. Diehards won't switch their votes to other established parties but they might just vote Independent.
Come on my son, you can do it. clappp

Surely if an Independent split the vote and let a Liberal or Tory in, s/he wouldn't get in him/herself? confised
