Big thing in the Straights Times today, the biggest Asian non-homosexual newspaper, (joke there), that there's a tie up with 'major emerging English side 'Hartlepool United.'

Seems like there's going to be an influx of small but very mobile wiry lads in key positions from their point of view. Won't do a lot for the long ball game but then that's what everyone want's innit?? sctatchinghead

There was a decent international friendly on the box here on Monday featuring Malaysia, they looked very competent, and won 1-0. Apparently, four of that team are looking for a game in England next season.

They looked pretty swift against a well organised Fiji.

Richie Barker's ears pricked up when he heard Nok-It-Long was one of them.

One of them, but these lads weighed in with one as well. Although I think the goal scorer actually plays for Penang. confised

This reminds me of some association Stockport formed with a Chinese club 5 or 6 years ago. It was going to be the next big thing. That year Stocky got relegated.

If its FC Sarawak Pools are associating with I presume they play in Kushing. Been there; seen it. Not a bad place for a visit if ever we play there.
