we've just been let out of Ward Jackson Park after taking the dog for a walk, and the warden had already locked the gates by the time we went to go back to the car!! :uhoh: We ended up walking around the park looking for a way out, or someone who could let us out!! The ducks weren't very helpful in this matter at all. confised
Mrs Parmo climbed over the fence but then we realised that the dog was too big/too heavy to be lifted over the fence to jump down the other side!!!  :uhoh: :uhoh:
We had to phone the security bloke to let us out, who wasn't very amused - and even less amused when the dog started to growl at him!! I think the dog knew he'd locked us in and he was letting the bloke know about it!!
Mrs Parmo wants to know when my next bright idea is going to be, so she can make alternative arrangements!!!

Must be nice to have a walk in the park rather than get ready for another shift behind the bar. Well done Mr and Mrs Parmo

Don't they have that bell at the entrance any more, then, that the warden used to ring to give 5 minutes warning of closing time?

They probably do but Mr Parmo thought it was the dinner bell and set out to find the food cabin.

Good point, I wonder if crispy duck was on the menu in the Parmo household today, bit of a change from chicken.
