there is new rules in it this year, they have allegedly taken out the politics, SO, Croatia can not vote for Serbia & Montenegro and vice versa.

In theory, I think the new voting system will mean that that should be the case, whether it happens tomorrow night is a different matter.

The East I think are still going to dominate this contest until the UK, France, Germany, Spain and the Mainland Western European Countries improve the quality of the songs. Having said that this year's semi-finals looked like a huge improvement on last year's appalling final.

The most appalling ESC that people apparantly saw for years (which is what I thought of the standard of the entries) and I really, really did believe that we had the entry to at least get a top half finish - I would have been happy with that - but 10 out of the top 12 countries in the final were from the East.

Who was that at 13/2 like ? The only entry that could have possibly been was Montengro, look.
