Independants for the largest group with 11 seats followed by the Tories, BNP and Liberals in that order. Trailing the field is Labour with a measely two seats.

Now wouldn't that be fun!!

I REALLY can't get my head around the BNP and all they stand for.......

To blame the countries woes, and especially the ones which affect us most, on a non-white populace, is just way out of wack

Take a look at the fine bodies of men and woman in the Labour Party, making key economic decisions, are they any 'non white' faces there?

Take a look at the vast majority of Banks, Commercial companies, supermarkets etc etc, the same thing applies

These people are the arses who are pouring billions of pounds into pointless wars, ill-judged projects in the Civil service and NHS, which if not spunked away would give EVERYONE a decent standard of living, instead of making the minority a scapegoat

You need to know who's giving the information you're reading and whether they have a vested interest in promoting a particular view. On the net, anyone can post anything and there's no way for the reader to know whether it's kosher or not.

You need to look at independent research. For instance, only this morning, research has been published which shows there's no truth at all in the belief that there's been a crime wave that coincides with immigration. But I bet, all over the net, there are people who've posted their views (based on nothing verifiable) that immigration causes raised crime rates

People vote for the BNP for xenophobic reasons alone, no other. We should not allow people with such feelings to be comfortable with their ideas. If we do we are condoning racism by omission.

The press can put whatever spin it likes on an inter-ethnic murder. If it's racist it's racist and if it ain't it ain't. If we stopped being racist they'd have to find something else to put spin onto wouldn't they.

Fair point TA you are right my father came here when he was 6 but its not ignorance that makes people think about voting BNP its that no one listens to the voters anymore.

strange thing this but whilst they were in incubators in special care with wires pointing out from all directions my first thought wasn't to check the family trees of all those present
