The sooner the season is over the better.... Why put Robbie Elliott in the team? Is Wilson doing stuff now just to get people's backs up....?

He has no clue what he is doing. Its like having Martin Scott in charge again. Matty Robson for fucks sake!! Please someone tell me what he adds to the side? Foley on yet again? Why?

Were a league 1 side now, were not battling to stay in the football league anymore, these players should be nowhere near the first team.

We have went backwards because Wilson has tried to build the team around the wrong players. if we lose Monkey and Porter then I envisage problems.

It will be interesting to see what Big Ken's take is on things......

you have to wonder where ior stand at the moment. there has been almost no investment in the side since the start of the campaign, and im not sure if that is because they have lost faith in the manager or the fans.
it will be interesting to hear hodcrofts speech at the player of the year do, assuming there is one.
what you have to say is that without a clearout and some quality signings we will struggle next season.

I'd agree with the last bit but not the first. the collins signing, plenty of loans in,some on big money, the fact that brown is still here.plenty of blokes signing new contracts.Given the crowds we've had this year that's a pretty decent backing of a manager whose had the biggest squad we've ever had.
If there's a clearout due then IOR need to back or sack DW.

I envisage relegation next season if Wilson is still in charge. I'm not getting a season ticket if he is, and in fact I won't go full stop. I'm not paying good money to watch a team with no hope and a clueless 'lovely lovely person' in charge. I'll stop going on here as well, because the arguments are not going to be worth the hassle.
Over to you IOR.

It was as flat as a witches tit........players who were 'playing' as though the plane taking them on their hols was stood in Clarence Road with the engines running.... they weren't remotely interested. The Millwall supporters were singing along and the best we could manage was a feeble chorus of 'we hate cockneys' .....and the singing died peacefully in its sleep.

The atmosphere from the home support was a disgrace like being at a funeral. Worst ive known it for some time.

'GROW UP' ...? .... your every post is merely a rubber stamp of Wilsons utterings. If he decided to play a midfield of the Krankies, a goat and a leaking radiator, you'd be extolling the virtues of it on this board and 'seeing' Wilsons logic in playing the formation....just try expressing your opinion and stop looking like the HMV dog awaiting it's next orders from Danny. ...nowt personal like.

I was going to reply but then I read that from a few others and thought whats the point, if I don't agree that Wilson should be sacked I would just get hammered.

Who mentioned sacking Wilson...?
I merely pointed out, in a humorous way, my frustration with the posters obsession with not rocking the boat...ever. Please don't insert meanings that were not there...you'll be calling me 'Krankiest' next.

i wish i was wilson. after all, he is in charge of the best club in the world!!

snowy, my opinion is my own, if anybody has the same opinion then great, if not then tough. i can live with that. for the record i couldnt give two hoots whether wilson was in charge or not, all i did was state that the players treat it like a friendly, people paid good money to see that so i understand why they are angry but at the same time any one who went surely suspected we might not play at 100%?

Surely you don believe that. What the fook were we doing there is this was the truth of it.

Nah.

If there was any truth in it, it would be time to go rounding up our players to give them a twatting.

I think the key word there is "suspected". I certainly didn't expect the team to give a half-arsed performance, but I've seen enough end-of-season displays from both us and our opponents over the years to be unsurprised by what I saw.

Fair enough, but I hope they got a proper kick in the ring for it and not just the manager moaning in public but telling them on the quiet not to worry about it.

completely agree chip. the last 3 matches should have been used to appease the supporters. kid for a quid or something similar to thank us for our support and to get kids interested in next season.

Wilson has said contracts will not be decided on a one off performance put in now, so that theory is out the window

a contradiction ?
he lists elliott boland and robson all due for renewal of contracts

Mr Wilson's technique seems to be a version of the multiple-choice questionnaire. He gives a variety of possible answers and you choose the one you think is correct.......

Surely Wilson must know these two aren't up to the required standard, is there any need to make us endure another painful 90 minutes of their performances? Especially that twat Robbie Elliott. Have I mentioned I don't like him?

If, after all this time, Wilson has not worked out that they are not good enough, then I really do despair. Are you seriously suggesting that at this late stage, he'd still consider giving contracts out on the basis of their 'performances' in one or two end of season matches. That isn't a sign of 'planning', it's a sign of dithering.
