Any recommendations?

Need to get the wife serviced and MOT'd. Been through to a place at Borer last couple of years but can't be chewed driving through there if there is somewhere nearer who could do a good job at a good price.

I concur. Used them last week and they were excellent. The receptionist is worth one too, she wasn't in the next day however when I went to pick my motor back up.

They are very good but you pay a price for it! If money is not an issue then they are a great choice

Hart Lane Motoport. The bloke in there is really good. Will only do work that is essential, won't rip you off. Mine was in there last week for a service.

A bloke I know was made redundant when Bradleys up at Peterlee went tits up. He has just started up his own business and has a garage at Tones place on the corner of Stockton Road/Oxford Road. Kev Bates is his name he has done plenty of work for me in the past.

Cheers chaps.

Tried Cranwell but after phoning twice to get a price and being told each time that the boss was busy and try again in 10 minutes I gave up.

Tried Hart Lane, got a price but they won't do owt on a Saturday so had to pass on them cos some folk have to use their car for work during the week.

Booked in at Glenesk so hopefully they are still as good as they used to be when I used to take the owld Fiesta there a good few years back.

While your down there can you ask him a question for me. I'm desperate to get hold of a 1.8 petrol Audi A4, preferably about 98 with a load of miles on it. See if he knows anyone.

No worries mate.

If you'd have asked a few weeks ago I think I know somebody who had one doing a budgie but it's gone now.

Any particular colour? I reckon a green one would be just up your street but you've probably more chance if you're not fussy.

Who would buy a green car

Unless of course it's a TR4 in British Racing Green

Or a Bentley

But not an Audi
