Yup

Bolton
Boston
Chester
Port Vale
Dundee United plus a wee bit of Dundee

Mutt, MJ, and PJ got 'em all between 'em.

Weird those two Dundee grounds being so close isn't it. Apparently they were both built at the same time although not by their present clubs.

Imagine having a rival 4th division club Hartlepool Town playing in a ground on the old waterworks site. I wonder if we'd all still have been United supporters.

While you're all swilling pints at the Mill House or wherever, I'll sneak five more in!

Two clues:

1) Pools have played at all of these grounds in the last four years.
2) They are not necessarily all still standing!

Oh and I might have disguised a few details that were shouting the answer out.

Four right answers have been mentioned!

And the one that hasn't really ought to be the easiest.

(f) is madrid then

and the first one is therefore Stade de France, and you can actually see a flat where I used to live on that photo  (though there was no stadium at the time: it was a big ugly gasworks)

Right, I've got b)!!

And it's not in Germany, it's in Italy. Germany doesn't do oval stadia!

The oval stadium is the Rome Olympic stadium, in other words the home of Lazio and AS Roma.

The smaller stadium is Stadio Flaminio, the home of Serie C team AS Cisco Roma - but perhaps more significantly it's also the Italian Six Nations rugby ground.

Do I get a medal?

In the Nottingham Forest one, you can see a house where many years ago I spent an enjoyable evening with a young lady. She was a Colonel's daughter!
