You'll struggle to see worse.

That ref should not get a game next week, players get punished for mistiming a tackle ref's get away with spoiling games of football that people have a payed a lot of money to watch.

I'd love to ask him why and on what grounds was that a penalty.. a fooking brilliant tackle.

How about the the one right st the end when Monkhouse made a superb tackle near the half way line on the Millhouse side of the pitch, it was the sort of tackle coaches should use to demonstrate how to tackle to kids, yet the ref gave a foul sctatchinghead , it had me down the front on the yellow lines shouting obcenities

The thing about these 'worst decisions ever' is that in a few weeks time we'll be saying the same thing about some other incident.......

'Worst decision ever' is a bit of a big statement for a bad choice in an meaningless (from our perspective) English lower league football game.

Worse for example than:

The UN not deploying to Yugoslavia until it was too late?
Assassinating the Archduke Franz Ferdinand?
JFK decididing to take a slow drive with the top down?
Adolf Hitler deciding fight the British and the Russians at the same time?

I could go on.

That decision was a joke Fensy, But as far as consistency goes, If he was gonna give a Penalty for the Ben Clarke "Foul" (I say Foul it was NEVER one) Then he has to keep consistency and say that Monkhouses' FOUL(Again it wasnt) Was also a foul just to keep consistent

Apparently the referee said "He took the man and the ball did not move"

I was sure he took the ball and that it flew out the penalty box? sctatchinghead

Perhaps it didn't move because it stopped moving when Ben Clark put his foot on it to tackle their lad. Just a thought like but I'm no ref.

I think you must realise that I had been drinking steadily throughout yesterday taking fill advantage of Tavistock's happy hour after the game which included rounds of free shots. This may be an explanation to why I'd be prone to exaggeration when starting this thread.

However I've had time to consider my comments I'd my feelings are the same. Lee Probert wins.

If it is any consolation (which it isn't), the penna awarded against Man City yesterday was even worse than ours.
